Open Positions

currently there are no specific announced open positions, but you may submit an application and resume at all times. As soon as there are open positions, we will consider you as candidate. You can apply for 40, 60, or 80 hours per month.

We require student helpers that are able to independently solve specific tasks assigned by DES research staff members. Among these tasks are software development, software management, software testing, documentation (code and manuals), and web development. If you have knowledge in Linux kernel programming, you are especially wanted.

General requirements include:

• two completed university semesters
• competent knowledge from the lectures Telematics and Mobile Communications
• Linux skills (usage and programming)
• network programming
• programming languages C/C++, Java, Python, shell script, some webdesign
• ability to work in a team
• flexible working hours
