Evaluation of Routing Protocols

During the last months, several routing protocols have been implemented with our DES-SERT routing framework. Some experiments have already been executed yet we need someone to continue the work to get more insight. Using the testbed management system or simple shell scripts the whole experimentation process can be be automated but fist of all the experiments have to be specified.

Objectives

• Specify particular scenarios
• Run experiments
• Evaluate the measured data
• Find the best parameters for the routing protocols in these scenarios
• Modify the implementations if required or implement your own routing daemon based on your findings
