I joined the working group Computer Systems & Telematics (CST) at the Institute of Computer Science, Freie Universität Berlin in April 2007 after graduating with a Diploma degree in Computer Science. I am employed as a teaching assistent. My research domains are IEEE 802.11 based wireless mesh and wireless sensor networks. Network protocols, operating systems, and system integration are my focus of research. I am involved in the DES-Testbed that is part of the OPNEX and WISEBED projects. I manage and supervise students developing the DES-SERT routing framework and several routing protocol implementations.
